Q: If you do all this for free, how do you make your money? What is your business model?

A: We charge $2 for each donation made by a loved one, regardless of the size of the donation. The fee will be clearly visible to the person making the contribution.

We earn a modest commission on gifts that are purchased through the service. There may be ancillary services in the future that we will offer. back to top

Q: What video formats do you support?

A: We support .mov, .wmv, .mp4, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg and .flv video formats. back to top

Q: What image formats do you support?

A: We support .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif and .png images. back to top

Q: Can I embed YouTube videos, images and other flash widgets in the comments section?

Q: I haven't been able to find a particular gift. Why not?

Q: Is it for me, as the organizer, to buy the items?

A: No. We collect the funds from your friends and family. We buy the items and ship them to you. We do all the work. We realize that you have other more important things to worry about, like getting the party ready! back to top

Q: Under what name will you buy the items?

A: We will buy the items under the name you supply us with, the name you use will be the legal owner of the items (you can use your name or someone else's depending on the occasion and or the situation). back to top

Q: I received defected item(s), or I changed my mind and want to return the item(s). Now what?

Q: How can I or my friends and family make a donation towards an occasion?

Q: I selected 7 gifts, the total of which was $800, I collected $690, now what?

A: We keep buying gifts until your fund runs out, in this example, $690 covered 5 gifts and left a balance of $110. We will ship you 5 gifts and send you a check for $110. back to top

Q: Which gifts are you going to buy first?

A: We use the hotlist you created, the hotlist is numbered from 1 to 30, 1 being the most wanted, so we buy 1 then move to 2 and so on and so forth until the funds run out. back to top
